Each plan refills credits monthly. Songs cost a flat amount; videos scale with song length. Manage your subscription in the App Store under your Apple ID.
Photo mode needs one clear selfie. Scene mode needs a selfie plus an example clip under 60 seconds - use your own or licensed footage.

No. If a song, cover, or video fails before it finishes, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us with the date and time and we'll make it right.
Most songs finish in well under a minute. Videos take longer because they render frame-by-frame, and Scene videos run two steps (face-swap, then lip-sync), so they can take a few minutes.
Example clips must be under 60 seconds. Longer clips are rejected up front. Very large or unusual formats are automatically compressed before upload; if one still won't load, try a shorter or lower-resolution clip.
Yes. Open the track in the player and tap the change-cover button to pick any photo from your library. The new art updates everywhere, including the lock screen.
Yes - record a short voice sample once, and Belter can re-sing your songs in your voice while keeping the original instrumental.
Everything you create is saved to your library and is yours to keep. For Scene videos, please only use footage you own or are licensed to use.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Belter, where you can change or cancel your plan at any time.

Last updated July 2026. This policy explains what data Belter collects, how we collect it, how we use it, and the third-party AI services we share it with to create your content.
We collect: (a) account details from Sign in with Apple (name and email, provided by Apple on first sign-in); (b) the content you submit for generation — text prompts, lyrics, songs you create, voice recordings, and photos — which you provide directly in the app; and (c) usage and purchase information such as your credit balance and in-app purchases. We do not collect data from other sources and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
We use your data only to: generate the music, covers, and videos you request; operate your account, subscription, and credit balance; provide support; and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
To produce your content, we send the material you provide to the following third-party AI processors, who use it solely to deliver their service to us:
These providers act as our processors: they process your data only to provide their service to us, do not use it for their own advertising, and are contractually required to protect it to a standard at least equivalent to this policy. We ask for your permission inside the app before sharing this data with them, and you can decline.
Voice recordings and photos are treated as sensitive. They are processed to create your requested output and are not used to train general-purpose AI models or for advertising.
We keep your content and account data while your account is active. You can delete individual items in the app, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Depending on your location you may also have rights to access, correct, or export your data — contact us to exercise them.
